Distance Selling Transactions – Cancellation Policy
(the “Policy”)
NOTE: CUSTOMERS’ CANCELLATION RIGHTS IN DISTANCE SELLING TRANSACTIONS SUCH AS TRANSACTIONS VIA THE INTERNET ARE REGULATED UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW 5741-1981 OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL (THE “LAW”).
At Alma Ola (the “Company” or “we” or “our”) our utmost priority is to deliver exceptional service to our customers each of which will be referred to herein as “Costumer” or “you”.
If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website at https://en-alma.l2y0qbzfbd-v1p3zvm0g4ye.p.temp-site.link/ (the “Site”), this document will outline the legal conditions for cancelling such an order.
Please note that custom made items are not returnable and there are no cancellation rights with respect thereto.
To the extent that you wish to cancel your order before the shipment has been delivered, you must immediately contact customer service via e-mail: info@almaola.com.
In case the order has already been delivered, please follow the instructions outlined below to cancel the purchase transaction:
- Submit a request to the Company with the relevant order number mentioned in the invoice.
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order or the invoice, whichever is later. We recommend submitting it through the Site or contacting us via e-mail: info@almaola.com.
- Deliver back to the Company the product in the condition you received it, ensuring the product is in good condition, clean, unused, not washed and/or laundered, with original tags attached and the hygiene sticker not removed.

Is there a cancellation fee?
If the cancellation is not due to “inconsistency” as defined in Section 14(e) of the Law, a cancellation fee of either 5% of the purchase amount or 27$ (whichever is lower) will apply.
Please note that no cancellation fee will apply if: (i) the product has not been shipped yet; or (ii) the cancellation is due to “inconsistency”.
What is the process to get a refund for a cancelled transaction?
Once we confirm the receipt of your request for cancellation that meets all the conditions listed in this Policy, we will provide a refund for cancelled transactions exclusively through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the duly submitted cancellation notice, subject to the credit companies’ schedules, if applicable.
Will I receive a refund for my shipping costs if I cancel and return my order?
Yes, if you return the entire order according to the cancellation process outline in this Policy, you will be reimbursed for the shipping fees you incurred.
Does the cancellation policy apply to products bought on sale?
Regarding transactions carried out with discounts, benefits, or under “special sale” conditions, such as 1+1 promotions (each referred to herein as: “benefit”), any refund amount, if applicable, will be calculated based on the actual amount that you paid after applying the benefit, in accordance with the Law.
Notwithstanding the above, cancellation of a transaction by a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant (as defined under the LAW) will be possible within 4 (four) months from the purchase date, in accordance with the Law. The Company will be entitled to request relevant approvals/supporting documents, in accordance with the Law.
Customer’s right to cancel a transaction does not detract from the Company’s right to claim its damages in the event of canceling a transaction and returning products, if the Company proves that their value has decreased, including as a result of deterioration or a change in their condition while they were in the Customer’s possession and/or due to the Customer’s misuse. Customers are requested to refrain from using the product and return it without any defect and/or damage of any kind.

- No refunds will be given for orders made with a prepaid or Debit card
- It is not possible to cancel an order for item(s) that have been used, washed, worn, and had their tags and Hygienic sticker removed.
- If the products have been delivered, they must be returned to the address: "Alma Ola" - Kfar Vitkin, 402000, PO Box 588 , Israel
- The cancellation will be honored subject to the cancellation sections in the site regulations only.

- I understand that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- I am aware that upon canceling a transaction I will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the value of the transaction or 27$ , whichever is lower
